He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Jr. Jacoby and Shirley Jacoby (Morris); and his brother Scott Jacoby. He is survived by: his sister Karen Ayers (Joseph) of Malvern; his niece Emily; and his nephews, Daniel Ayers of Malvern, Kevin Ayers (Nicole) of Carrollton and David Jacoby of Minerva.
