He was predeceased by : his parents, Isaac H. Boyes and Betty Boyes (Parker); his wife Terez Kovats; his daughter Latricia Boyes; and his sisters, Bobbie Holcomb and Shirley Lonsbury.

He is survived by : his daughters, Misty Kemp (Eric) of East Sparta and Kristi Boyes (Josh Warrick) of Canton; his grandchildren, Danielle Tanner (Zack), Isaac Kemp (Kyrsten) and Eric Kemp Jr.; his great grandchildren, Able and Waylon Kemp; and his siblings, Linda Corp (Wayne), Yvonne Smith (Melvin), Dale Boyes, Dawn LaMaster (Dale) and Judy Reed (Robert). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 20th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Home of Misty and Eric Kemp (9630 Ridge Ave SE, East Sparta, OH 44626).
