She was predeceased by: her parent Ora "Orrie" H.; her husband Fred E. Dycus; her son Robert Dycus; and her brothers, Harry Shine, Lloyd Shine, Robert Shine, Waldo "Babe" Shine, Donald Shine and Kenneth Shine.
She is survived by: her parent Martha Shine (Streit); her daughter Sheryl Gortney; her son-in-law Donald Gortney; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Gortney (Miriam) and Lisa Bernower (James); her siblings, Leroy Shine, Paul Shine (Barbara) and Pauline Ord; her sisters-in-law, Rose Marie Shine and Roberta Shine; and also, Rachel, Tessa and Boyd.
