She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Hawkins; her grandchildren, Douglas Hawkins and Melissa Coombs; and her siblings, Alvin Reed, Warren Reed and Grace Reed.

She is survived by: her children, Evangelism Teacher, Beverly Coombs-Kirkman (David) of Gallipolis, OH, Gary Hawkins of Arizona and Larry Hawkins (Bonnie) of Waynesburg. She is also survived by six grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hazen Ministries.
