He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; and his children, Timothy Pontones, Gary Pontones and Patricia Pontones. He is survived by: his son Don Sr; his daughters-in-law, Kathy Pontones, Sr. and Chris Pontones; and his pet Poncho. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and their spouses: Amber and Bill Weaver, Donny and Angela Pontones, Jr., Gary and Casey Pontones II, Kara and Nick Pontius, and Kelly Pontones; a great-granddaughter, his sweetheart, Reagan Pontius; and a great-grandson.
