He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew R. Olen and Alice Olen (Hart); his sister Christine Wolf; and his pet Kia. He is survived by: his wife Regina A. Olen; his grandchild Jenifer Webb (Kevin); his great grandchildren, Johnathan, Ellianna and Brynnlee; his grandson Andy Olen (Megan); his great grandchildren, Taylor, Jacob and Matthew Olen (Kassandra); his grandson Stephen Olen (Naty); and also Michelle Mills. He is also survived by one daughter, three sons.
