She is survived by : her daughter Donna Smaldino (Michael) of Youngstown; her grandchildren, Jason Wayne Smaldino (Kim), Joseph Michael Smaldino (Amanda) and Jessica Blakeman; her great grandchildren, Cassidy, Lauren Grace, Vallie Marie, Kadin, Giovanni, Ava, Weston, Lena Mae, Brynn Kennedy and Nora Julia; and her husband Wayne E. Goldsmith. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
