He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell D. Hatas and Betty J. Hatas (Lefevre); his brothers, Paul and David; his granddaughter Ava Marie; and his nephew Duane Hatas.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy S. Hiser; his children, Bryon Hatas of Pemberville, Scott Hatas of Wayne, Ohio and Briana Jensen (Michael) of Graytown, Ohio; his sister Cheryl Hatas of Pemberville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Hanah Follman of Olivia, Isabel Jensen, Emma Jensen and Andrew Jensen; and his nieces and nephews, Stacey, Triniti, Kelly, Michael, Debby, Dedra and David.
Memorial donations may be made to the Tunnel 2 Towers Foundation or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
