He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Hoiles and Mary Hoiles (Anderson); and his wife Carol Sue Feltman. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Rothenbuhler (Kerry) of Bowling Green, Chris Hoiles (Felicia) of Cygnet and Matthew Hoiles (Amy) of Wayne; his grandchildren, Ryan (Megan), Reid (Lisa), Dalton, Derek, Drew, Tyler, Austin (Michaela) and Madison; and his great grandchildren, Carolena and Eloisa.

Memorial contributions may be given in his memory to The Wayne Public Library or the Elmwood Athletic Fund.
