He is survived by: his wife Doreen Cutway; his sons, Evan and Sean Hardek; his brother James Nawrocki (Jim); his nieces and nephews, Amber, Sunshine and Brendyn Nawrocki; his uncle Rob Evans (Ruth); his parents-in-law, Elaine Weisner and Ken Cutway (Lynn); and his brother-in-law Justin Cutway (Heather Bowman).
