He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Shank and Edna Mae Shank (Coleman); and his sister Mary Abbott (Jack). He is survived by: his wife Dianne E. Harrison of Paul's Lutheran Church; his children, Steven Shank (Jackie) of Wayne and Jennifer Shire (Dave Elwood) of Leo, Indiana; his siblings, Margaret Arnold of Fostoria, John Shank (Patty) of Fostoria and Sharon Griffin of Fostoria; his grandchildren, Nicholas Shire, Andrew Shire, Lyla Shank and Autumn Shank; and his great grandchild Grayson Arthur Shire.
