He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore McIntosh and Mattie McIntosh (Rowland); his wife Judy McIntosh (Oliver); and his siblings, Wayne McIntosh, Betty Henry and Alma Eby.
He is survived by: his daughters, Thelma Bruce (Tim), Linda O'Risky (Jeff), Angela Davis (Monte) and Julie Crace (Dave); his grandchildren, Jeff Bruce, Brad Bruce (Chelsea), Chris O'Risky (Kelsey), Darren O'Risky, Justin Halsey (Lauren), Jason Davis, Theo Davis, Taylor Crace, Jordan Crace and Madison Crace; his great grandchildren, Graci Halsey, Rylie Halsey, Hudson Halsey and Bradley Bruce Jr.; and his brothers, Rexford McIntosh (Bev) and Winton McIntosh.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home (240 Ross Ave, Hamilton, OH 45013). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
