It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Jean Lacy in Wayne, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on May 9, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Captain John Perry and Shawnee Nation Chief; her son Russell "Russ" Brian Lacy; her husband Russell Gwinn Lacy; her daughter Patricia Blosser; her grandchildren, Patrick A. Harsh, Matthew Harsh (Jenna) and Victoria Lacy; her great grandchildren, Linda Ann Harsh, Patrick Tyler Harsh, Rebecca Lynn Harsh and Haley Lynne Harsh; and her great great grandchildren, Dalton Stover, Oliver Limbert and Oakley Harsh. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
