She was predeceased by: her father Josiah William; her husband David Allen Fornshil; her granddaughters, Rachael Elizabeth Bass and McNutt; her siblings, Joe Foster, Millicent "Millie" Ditmer, Rolland "Dean" Foster, Daryl Foster and Donna Lee Taylor; and her brother-in-law Donald Fornshil.

She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Hatfield of Wayne Lakes, Debra (Rodney McNutt), Lisa Pasch of Pendleton, Dean (Christine Fornshil) and Chris (Ronda Fornshil); her grandchildren, Jesse Hatfield, Trisha Allison, Allison Roberts, Christopher Fornshil, Steven Fornshil, Maggie Salem, Andrew Fornshil, Jamie Welch and Matthew Fornshil; her great grandchildren, Brandilyn Allison, Gage Allison, Rowan Hawes, Dayne Roberts, Cam Fornshil, Landen Roberts, Jordyn Welch, Zoey Fornshil, Khaled Salem, Cora Fornshil, Sophie Higgs, Carter Fornshil, Faith Welch, Xavier Higgs and Bella Hatfield; and her close friends, Ann Ditmer of Greenville and Betsy Miller of Greenville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
