She was predeceased by : her parents, Harvey Brown and Marjorie Brown (Worthington); her former life partner James R. Connor; her husband Eddie Turner; her siblings, Carol Billingsley, Harvey Brown Jr. and Donald Brown; and her great grandchild Samantha Grace Hauter.
She is survived by : her children, Steven Connor (Patricia) of Paradise Valley, AZ, Jeffrey Connor (Krista) of Brunswick, GA, Kevin Turner of Celina and Treva Turner of Atlanta, GA; her sisters, Betty Thomas (James) of Fort Wayne and Margaret Steinbacker (John) of Fort Wayne; and her grandchildren, Leesha Miller (Michael), Ashley Turner, Jayde Yeung (Kevin), Anthony Hauter (Kala), Brandon Connor, Destiny Hines, Justus McClellan (Aaron), Chase Turner and Canon Connor. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Julia's memory may be sent to a charity of the donor's choice. .
