He was predeceased by : his parents, Amado Garcia and Esperanza Garcia (Acosta); his wife Mary Ellen; and his siblings, Micaela Garcia, Mercedes Hernandez, Manuel Garcia, Teresa Clinger, Augustine Garcia, Susie Reyna and Pedro Garcia.

He is survived by : his children, Catherine Garcia Feehan (Dennis) of Findlay, Carmen Swanson (Kurt) of North Canton, Josephine Graber (Ron) of Bradner and Joseph Garcia (Sue) of North Royalton; his grandchildren, Ashley Boulee (Josiah), Elizabeth Harrison (Jordan), Michael Feehan (Amber), Caitlin Garcia-Feehan, Roger Swanson (Megan), Geoff Swanson, Ana Swanson, Joseph and Christopher Garcia; his great grandchildren, Siah, Elise, Lydia Boulee, Maisie, Robin Swanson, Chloe and Logan Feehan; his siblings, Delores Tolento (Alfred), Angela Ramirez (Raymond) and Jake Amado, Jr. Garcia (Elaine); and his siblings-in-law, Alfred Clinger, Jeanne Garcia, Tony Camacho, Margie Torres, Donald Breeden, Robert Camacho and Andrew Rodriguez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family requests memorial contributions may be made to Otterbein Ashanti Hospice, St. Mary's Catholic Church, or Otterbein Pemberville.
