It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Henry Barndt of Wayne, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on April 9, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Clinton and Florence Almeda Barndt (Barron); his wife Barbara Louise Seifert; and his siblings, Phyllis J. Cotton, Vivian E. Anderson, John R. Barndt and Edwin L. Barndt.
He is survived by: his children, Doug Barndt (Lisa) of Wayne, Dave Barndt (Leslie) of Wayne and Dianne Barndt (Mark Barbour) of Bowling Green; his grandchildren, Brian Barndt (Jessica), Dannielle Sidle (Kirk), Mackenzie Cherry, Justin Barndt (Kathryn), Amanda Barndt, Madeline Cherry, Taylor Melcher (Bryan), Ellyse Cherry and Isaac Cherry; and his great grandchildren, Taylor Bryan and Chance Henry Sidle. He is also survived by his family and attending all his children & grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Wayne Public Library and The Victory Center of Toledo.
