She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley G. Wise and Minnie E. Wise (Smith); her husband William E. Smith, Sr.; and her siblings, Delbert, Raymond, Clarence Wise, Lelah Hemminger, Laretta Pollard and Ethel Hastings.
She is survived by: her children, William E. Smith, Jr. (Patti) of Wayne, Brenda L. Salisbury (Robert) of Risingsun, Beverly L. Foster (Doug) of Bowling Green and Becky E. Wickard (Bill) of Bowling Green; her grandchildren, Ashley Sautter (Dustin), Lindsey Spathelf (Trevor) and Jacob Smith; and her great grandchildren, Easton, Brantley, Eilee Sautter and Hadley Spathelf.
Due to Covid-19 face mask will be required and social distancing will be observed.
Memorial donations may be made to Bridge Hospice, Wayne United Methodist Church, or the Wayne Volunteer Fire Department.
