She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Evans and Letha B. Evans (Carr); and her husband Lloyd H. Chamberlain. She is survived by: her daughter Kaye Houtz (John) of Wayne; her grandson Doug Houtz (Gail) of Wayne; her great grandchildren, Jacob Houtz (Cassandra) and Jonah Houtz; her grandchildren, Joshua Houtz (Carie) and Jerry L. Houtz, Jr. (Karrie); and her great grandchildren, Jared, Justin, Navy, McClain and Chamberlain.
