He was predeceased by : his parents, Lloyd Coon and Corrine Coon (Switzer); his spouse Beverly J. Coon (Squibbs); and his sister Thelma Parish. He is survived by : his sons, Leon Coon of Newport News, VA and Todd Coon (Penny) of Herndon, VA; his granddaughters, Jennifer and Erika Coon; and his siblings, Darl Coon (Janice) of Andover, Gerald Coon of Andover, Howard Coon of Berkshire, NY and Ellen Thompson of Pittsburgh, PA..
