She was predeceased by : her parents, Emerson Ricard and Esther Ricard (Long); and her husband John J. Tahy. She is survived by : her daughters, Jodi Nutter of Westlake and JoAnna Bentley (Tom) of Wayne; her sister Judith Kendall (Richard) of Portage; and her grandchildren, Alison Brubaker (Steven), Robert Bentley, Jonathan Nutter and Margaret Bentley.

Memorial donations may be made to the Cloverdale United Methodist Church, or to the Wayne Public Library.
