He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack L. Haynes and Anna E. Haynes (Norman); and his siblings, Kenneth and Janet Simon. He is survived by : his wife Betty A. Ebersole; his children, Jack Haynes (Rania) of Bowling Green, Edmund Haynes of Findlay, Ohio, Dana Hauenstein (Lee) of Findlay and Cindy Herrera (Tony) of Bowling Green, Ohio; and his sisters, Patricia Ohler (Glen) of Wayne and Constance Lemke (Paul) of Toledo, Ohio.

Due to Covid 19 masks will be required along with everyone practicing social distancing.
