She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Q. Tackett and Melba Tackett (Taylor); and her husband Ray H. McCauley. She is survived by: her children, Carla Cutlip (Tim), Richard Harris, Charles Harris (Kim) and James (Rhonda); her brothers, Frank Allen Tackett (Sally) of Texas and Roger Tackett (Ruth) of Gahanna; and her friend Lori Teeters. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
