He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Maynard Finley and Dorothy Finley (Arehart); his brothers, Maynard Finley, Thomas Finley and Olan Gale Finley; and his grandsons, Terry Hamilton, Joshua Finley and David Morrison.
He is survived by: his wife Rosie Mae Finley (Gorman); his children, Tammy Osborne (Rick) of Beaver, Eva Morrison of Piketon, William Finley, Jr. of Waverly, Thomas Finley (Angie) of Waverly and Tony Finley of Piketon; and his sisters, Lorna Rittenhouse of Waverly and Shirley Louderback of Waverly. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchild.
