He is survived by: his wife Tereasa Tackett Bumgardner; his children, Gene Bumgardner (Robin) of Waverly, John Bumgardner (George), Chris Bumgardner (Andrea) of Tucson and Chastity Henry of Chillicothe; his stepchildren, Billy Fremder (Jessica) of Lucasville and Jen Smith (Scott) of Piketon; his grandchildren, Kristin, Andy, Austin, Caitlyn, Jordan, Briana, Kylie and Lauren; his stepgrandchildren, Ethan, Mikaila, Zane, Kennidy and Graci; his siblings, Delilah Blanton of Waverly, Thomas Bumgardner (Christine) of Chillicothe, Barbara Sandella (Ralph) of Charleston and Rosemary Faulk (Kevin) of Chillicothe; and his son-in-law Lawrence Henry of Chillicothe.
