He was predeceased by: his parents, Lacey Frederick Williams and Ribin Williams (Howard); and his siblings, Charles Williams and Scarlett Williams. He is survived by: his wife Janet Williams (Peters); his children, Wesley Williams (Lisa) of Waverly, Lori Simonton of Londonderry and Brittany Williams of Chillicothe; and his granddaughters, Lani Simonton and Makayla Williams Newton (Jerrod).
