He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Jobe Eldridge; his children, Walter Monroe Eldridge II (Jodi) of West Portsmouth, David Eldridge, Ken Eldridge (Lisa) of Lebanon, Joyce Banks (Doug) of Lucasville and Linda Phipps of Portsmouth; and his sisters, Shirley Wright (Junior) of Portsmouth and Shelby Culver of Minford. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
