He was predeceased by: his parent Robert Streitenberger; and his brothers, Lyn May, Randy Weatherhead, Rex May and Shawn Walls.
He is survived by: his parent Sue Carolyn Weatherhead Walls; his children, Shane Victor Slack of Waverly, Whitney Weatherhead Beekman (Anthony) of Piketon, Skyla Weatherhead and Autumn Victoria Weatherhead of Waverly; his grandchildren, Hunner, Izabelle, Annamae Beekman and Asher Shepherd; his mother-in-law Delilah Blanton; his brothers-in-law, Shane Blanton (Lena) of Piketon, Tony Fyffe (Sarah) of Rosemount and David Fyffe (Crystal) of Waverly; and his brothers, Lee May (Carolyn) of Waverly, Vance Walls of Waverly and Mark May of Waverly.
