He was predeceased by: his parents, William Legg and Gladys Foster Legg; and his daughter Emily Legg. He is survived by: his spouse Cindee Fout Legg of Waverly; his children, Bill Legg of Waverly and Erica Mines (Steven) of Hilliard; his grandchildren, Madison Mines and Isabella Mines; and his sister Brenda Greene of Piketon.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Botkin Hornback Funeral Home (314 E North St, Waverly, OH 45690). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at the Mound Cemetery.
