He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul McGraw and Wanda McGraw (Meadows); his fathers-in-law, Robert Holbert and Harold Campbell; and his brother-in-law Richard Holbert.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores L. "Lori" Holbert; his children, Robert McGraw (Mindy), Jeffrey McGraw (Lyndsey) and Elizabeth Long (Josh); his grandchildren, Eli, Brody, Ava, Jaiden, Elliana, Abigail and Quentin; his sisters, Kathy Miller, Donna Limle, Paula Hilton (Steve), Lisa Blakeman (Jeff), Trish Holbert (Robert) and Twana Demint; his mother-in-law Shirley Campbell; his brothers-in-law, Thomas Holbert (Bridget) and Vernon Holbert; his nieces, Alisha Cooper and Anita Ewing; and his nephew Jeremy Holbert.
