He is survived by: his children, Tommy Mossbarger (Betsy), Victoria Jean Brown (Michael), Angela Marie Hicks and Virginia L. Stewart-Mossbarger (Allen); his grandchildren, Brittany Brown, Brooklyn Brown, John Thomas Hicks and Donna Hicks; and his siblings, Roger Mossbarger (Sharon) and Patricia Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
