She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald R. Miller and Eunice Miller (Rowley). She is survived by: her husband James M. Webb; her daughters, Cindy Webb of Waverly and Carla Cain (Bob) of Waverly; her siblings, Gerald Miller of Plano, TX, John Miller of Washington and Ellen Anderson of Ft. Oglethorpe, GA.; and her grandchildren, Bobby, Kaitlyn, Jacob and Spencer Cain. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
