She was predeceased by: her niece Brittany Pratt. She is survived by: her parents, Phil Sager of Waverly and Connie Gowen Powell of Waverly; her husband Rick Swain; her children, Courtney Vollborn (Luke) of Gallipolis, Lauren Streitenberger of Waverly, Dylan Streitenberger of Waverly, Trey Swain of Waverly and Colby Swain of Waverly; her grandchildren, Bryceton, Colton, Hudson and Emmalee; her siblings, Sandra Smith of Fort Myers, Tami Tackett of Pine Island, Florida and Powell of Little Rock, Arkansas; and her parents-in-law, Rick and Carla Swain. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers Sonya's family is requesting donations be made to YMCA, 400 Pride Drive, Waverly, Ohio 45690.
