He was predeceased by: his mother Beverly Butterbaugh Murphy; and his sons, Dakota and Jonathan Murphy. He is survived by: his father Harold Murphy; his children, Lucas Murphy, Serenity of Waverly and Cynthia Murphy of Waverly; his stepdaughter Destiny Taylor of Chillicothe; his stepmother Tina Murphy of McArthur; and his siblings, Joseph H. Murphy (Brandy) of McArthur, Brent Murphy (Angel) of McArthur, Angel Woods of Chillicothe and Erin Douglas (Les Mitchell) of McArthur. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the WARE FUNERAL HOME to help with funeral expenses.
