It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth A. Stulley (Waverly, Ohio), born in Peebles, Ohio, who passed away on June 30, 2018, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Lyman Grooms and Hazel Opal Grooms (Herdman); her children, Lloyd Clifford Stulley and Hazel McCarty Eden; and her siblings, Given Clifford Grooms, Paul Pershing Grooms, Naomi James and Norma Grooms.

She is survived by: her daughters, Betty Jo Gildow of Waverly, Norma Jean Phillips (Ronald) of Beverly, Louise Dailey (Dennis) of Chillicothe and Wanda Buskirk of Waverly.
