He is survived by: his children, Jason Frost and Lisa Marie Rhodes; and his sisters, Margaret Deck, Charlene Rhodes and Amy Adkins (Zane). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
