He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Elmer Webb and Virginia E. Bennett Webb. He is survived by: his cousins, Glen Curtis Scott (Karen Wiseman) of Waverly, Glen Ray Scott (Miranda) of St. Cloud and Mary Ann Blackwell (Billy) of Waverly; his siblings-in-law, Sharon Hayes (Roderick) of Albany and William Trace (Juanita) of Hillsboro; his nieces, Billi Jo Short, Mindi Wooton, Mary Roades (Jeremy) and Jennifer Squires; and his nephew William Squires (Erica).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Botkin Hornback Funeral Home (314 E North St, Waverly, OH 45690). A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Evergreen Union Cemetery (616 Bridge St, Waverly, OH 45690).
