He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Long and Rita Dillon Long. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Smith Long; his sons, Robert "Chris" Long of Chillicothe and Brian Long (Tina) of Waverly; his grandchildren, Robert "Matthew" Long and Katie Long; and his siblings, Joan Anderson (Joe) of Waverly, Cathy Clark of Chillicothe and Tom Long (Rhonda) of Waverly. He is also survived by three aunts and several nieces and nephews.
