He was predeceased by: his uncles, Ronnie J. Pinkerton, Jerry Leon Pinkerton and James E. Williams; and his grandparents, Jimmy Dale, Marie Pinkerton, Robert and Beatrice Williams.
He is survived by: his parents, Glen Dale Pinkerton (Annette) of Waverly and Goldie Catherine George (Williams) of Piketon; his son Brandon Dale Pinkerton (Evelyn); his grandchildren, Branson Ty Alley-Pinkerton and Brandon Dale Pinkerton II; his sisters, Rhonda Stevens, Veronica Breitenbach and Joyce Pinkerton; and his nieces and nephews, Catherine Nicole Stevens, Jessica Karen Stevens, Jarod Scott Stevens (Mikayla), Kyle Lee Miller, Kelsey Vaughn (Charlie), Lesley Renee Rider-McTurner (Aaron) and Mathew Ryan Pinkerton. He is also survived by ten great-nieces and nephews.
