He is survived by: his wife Judith Leisle Hewitt (Murphy); his children, Christine Ann Wirth (Michael) of Sharonville, Michael Robert Hewitt (Cindy) of Johnstown, Thomas Andrew Hewitt (Kellie) of Galloway and Traci Leisle Weldie (Joseph) of Simpsonville; and his sister Sandra Krieger.
