Rice (Allen); his children, Sonya Smith (Rob) of Plain City, Rick Ratcliff (Lisa) of West Jefferson, Rachelle Walters of West Jefferson, Tony Rice of West Jefferson and Brad Rice (Ronee) of Tiffin; his son-in-law Michael Fooce of West Jefferson; his grandchildren, Johnna, Aubrie, Audrie, Ricky and Cory; his great grandchildren, Brayden and Brittlynn; his sister Saundra Thacker (Jim) of Lakeview; and his mother-in-law Rose Branham.
