He was predeceased by: his parents, G. Wayne Shaw and Julia E. Shaw (Harble). He is survived by: his wife L. Jane Shaw (Ruff) of Chillicothe; his children, Keith Shaw (Cheryl) of Piketon, Ohio and Anne Zeigler (Shannon) of Lorton, VA; and his grandchildren, Abby Toohey (Andrew), Ally Shaw, Meredith Zeigler and Blake Zeigler.
Family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. Flowers may be sent to the funeral home or memorial donations may be sent in memory of Richard to Emmanual Lutheran Church, 231 E. Mulberry St, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
