She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil Marhoover and Florence Marhoover (Eblin); and her husband Lawrence Dement. She is survived by: her sons, Zachery Dement (Raven Ward) of Waverly, Jason Eblin (Joanna) of Waverly and David White of Houston, Texas; and her sisters, Margaret Crouch (Mike) of Waverly and Joanne Balzer of Chillicothe. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
