He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E Frisby and Janet Payne Frisby; his sons, Randy Frisby, Jr. and Charlie Lee Frisby; and his brother Bobby Frisby.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Cuckler Frisby; his children, Chris Davis (Jessica) of Chillicothe, Mike Davis (Rachel) of Waverly, Betty Frisby of Beaver and Thomas Frisby of Waverly; and his sisters, Carol Conley of Waverly and Linda Wilt of Waverly. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
