He is survived by: his spouse Mary Ellen Pullins (Montgomery); his children, Ray Pullins (Kimmy), Janie Blair, Crissy Pullins (Brett Hawks) and Shelly Entler (Gary); his grandchildren, Bryahna Pullins, Jessica Williams (Charley), Kirsten Blair and Shantell Poolaw (Flint); his great grandchildren, Sam Poolaw, Lana Poolaw, Addysen and Landon Williams; and his brothers, Karl Pullins (June), Bill Pullins (Linda), Bob Pullins and Jerry Pullins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, a horse, Baby, and his dog.
