It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Ruth Hines (Waverly, Ohio), who passed away on December 24, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Christman and Arta Ilene Christman (Mustard); her former husband Stanley Roger Hines; and her husband J. D. Jennings. She is survived by: her children, Stanley (Hines, Jr.), James Jennings, Joseph D. Jennings (Shannon), Amy Hines, Lorrie Cockrell, Rebecca Jennings and Rhonda Phipps; and her sister Norma "Cookie" Hilderbrand.
