She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Blair and Emma Blanton Blair; and her siblings, Bill Blair, John Pelfrey, James Pelfrey, Fred Blair, Earl Pelfrey and Mable Billitier.
She is survived by: her husband Clarence Earl Williams; and her siblings, Robert Pelfrey of Columbus, Gene Blair of Cleveland, Roy Blair of Paintsville, Gary Blair of Paintsville and Judy Beard of Paintsville.
