He was predeceased by: his father Sam Osborne; his sister-in-law Hope Slusher; and his nephew James Jackson. He is survived by: his siblings, Sam Osborne (Nellie), Rocky Osborne (Kathy), Mike Osborne, Joey Moore (Bobbi), Gretchen Osborne and Jamie Jackson; and his nieces and nephews, Kayla Seymour, Miriah Osborne, Tatyana Jackson, Josh Seymour and Sammy Osborne.
