He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Casto and Jean Reed Ramsey of Florida; and his sister-in-law Tracy Casto. He is survived by: his spouse Chris Chaney Casto; his children, Katelyn "Katie" Casto of Waverly, Devin Casto (Jaime) of Chillicothe and William Stamper II of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Annie and Cooper Casto; and his siblings, Ronald Casto, Jr. of Waverly, Johnnie Casto (Mary) of Peebles, Jerry Casto of Chillicothe, Tammy Spencer (Billy) of Piketon, Richard Casto of Waverly, Crystal Park of Columbus, Brian Beckett (Shannon) of Piketon, Angela LeMaster (Nicholas) of Waverly and Billy Blackwell (Mary) of Waverly. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
