He is survived by: his parents, Agnes A. Cook and Fred W. Cook; his wife Margaret Louise Gortner (Peg); his sisters, Pearl Harris of Weirton, WV and June Postlethwait; his children, Bob Cook (Anne) of Overland Park, KS, Carol Reed (Tom) of Boca Raton, FL, Ron Cook (Susan) of Chillicothe, OH, Kathleen Olds (David) of Summerfield, FL and Bill Cook (Connie) of Howell, MI.; and his grandchildren, Megan, Stephanie, Christopher, Nathan, Bethany, Timothy and Jacob.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church, 400 Walnut Street, Martins Ferry, OH 43935.
